We hiring a dynamic Head of Sales for LATAM to spearhead our growth across Latin America. Based in the Bahamas (Nassau) you will lead regional sales strategy, drive
commercial expansion, and build a high-performing team focused on acquiring and nurturing client relationships across this diverse and exciting market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for LATAM, aligned with global objectives.
- Build and lead a regional sales team with strong performance culture.
- Drive new client acquisition and build local partnerships.
- Act as senior contact for key LATAM clients and partners.
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and cultural expectations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor offerings to regional needs.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of financial services or fintech sales experience, incl. 3+ in leadership.
- Proven sales success in LATAM markets.
- Fluent in Spanish (Portuguese a plus); deep understanding of LATAM business culture.
- Experience in regulated environments, ideally with trading platforms or brokerages.
- Willingness to travel regionally; excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.
