CRO Specialist

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of website & app traffic, user behavior, and conversion data using tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Firebase and other relevant analytics platforms.
- Identify key drop-off points, areas of friction, and opportunities for improvement within the user journey.
- Develop actionable insights and hypotheses based on data analysis to inform testing strategies.
- Plan, design, and execute A/B and multivariate tests in conjunction with marketing teams across various elements of the website, landing pages and app (e.g., headlines, copy, calls-to-action, forms, layouts, pricing).
- Monitor test performance, analyze results, and provide clear and concise reports on findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and conduct user research (e.g., surveys, user testing, heatmaps, session recordings) to gain a deeper understanding of user needs, pain points, and motivations.
- Translate user insights into actionable CRO strategies.
- Develop and prioritize a roadmap of CRO initiatives based on data analysis, user research, and business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on CRO performance, highlighting successes, failures, and key learnings. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a dedicated CRO role, preferably within the fintech or online trading industry.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with a proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing tools (e.g.Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, and Kameleoon,).
- Proficiency in web and mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude, Firebase).
- Experience with user research methodologies and tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Clarity).
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on conversion rates.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO and its impact on landing page performance.
- Working knowledge of multiple digital channels including PPC, Programmatic, Paid Social & Affiliates
- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for implementing testing variations
