Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining client relationships with new & existing clients by understanding the client’s needs and trading profile and providing suitable support and guidance where required.
- Promoting company's new products and service.
- Training clients on companies platforms and trading tools.
- Analysing, identifying, planning, designing and implementing opportunities for increasing client loyalty based on system data and industry insights.
- Maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation.
- Conduct in-person client meetings and represent the company at VIP events, industry conferences, and high-profile networking opportunities worldwide.
Requirements
- Fluent English is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in additional language (Arabic, German, Spanish, Romanian or other language).
- Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered as an advantage.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate at own expense; visa fees covered by the company if applicable.
