Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and truly understands what ownership means in the recruitment lifecycle. While supported by Talent Sourcer, you will be expected to take initiative and drive hiring efforts forward independently when needed.
As part of our growth journey, we’re scaling rapidly - requiring process optimisation. You’ll play a vital role in shaping these systems while managing key relationships with stakeholders across the business. This role also involves acting as a trusted deputy to the Talent Acquisition Manager for Corporate, stepping in when needed to ensure business continuity and high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Partner closely with hiring managers across global functions to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Actively source and attract high-calibre candidates, including passive talent, to build strong and diverse pipelines.
- Identify the most efficient and scalable methods to attract talent, while continuously improving our sourcing and outreach techniques.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies strategically - engaging only when necessary - while continuously evaluating their effectiveness and exploring opportunities to reduce dependency through stronger in-house capabilities.
- Drive the definition and execution of structured interview processes, and provide training to hiring managers on best practices.
- Deliver insightful recruitment metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve performance.
- Champion our employer brand and position Capital.com as an employer of choice in the global financial services space.
- Provide hands-on support to the Talent Acquisition Manager for Corporate, including acting as a delegate in their absence, helping drive strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless recruitment operations across the function.
Requirements
- Significant experience (with at least 6 years of experience) in global talent acquisition, ideally within high-growth or financial services environments.
- Deep understanding of proactive sourcing strategies and the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and support senior-level decision-making.
- Proven success in optimising and scaling recruitment processes in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong knowledge of diversity hiring, employer branding, and industry best practices.
- Skilled in the use of ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Fluent in English (B2 or above CEFR); additional languages (Greek, Polish and/or Russian) are a plus.
