We’re looking for a Junior / Mid Video Editor to join our Brand & Communications team and play a key role in shaping the content on some of our biggest social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Responsibilities

• Edit video footage to produce compelling and dynamic content tailored for social media.
• Work closely with social media and creative teams to execute on briefs and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Enhance video storytelling using music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
• Maintain high-quality control throughout the post-production process.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with producers, designers, and animators to create visually engaging content.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing, social media formats, and storytelling techniques.
• Optimise content for performance marketing and acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects is a plus!).
• Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to adapt content for different social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working with various video formats and resolutions.
• A creative mindset with a passion for producing innovative and engaging content.
• Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
