Sr. CRM Manager
This is a full-scope CRM role, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing the CRM function, driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. A strong ability to craft compelling copy, execute data-driven campaigns, and integrate CRM seamlessly across the business is essential.
Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
- Build the CRM infrastructure from the ground up, integrating the right tools and technologies.
- Ensure seamless CRM integration across marketing automation, sales, and customer support functions.
Customer Lifecycle & Engagement
- Design and implement lifecycles and campaigns based on customer behavior and segmentation.
- Lead engagement initiatives, including onboarding, activation and upselling to increase revenue generation.
- Develop automated communication workflows via email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and WhatsApp.

Referral & Loyalty Programs
- create and manage an effective referral program to drive customer acquisition.
- Build and oversee a customer loyalty and rewards program, including gifting ideation and execution.
- Analyze program performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure continuous improvement.
Data-Driven CRM Optimization
- Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
- Create and present monthly reports to the wider team, providing key insights and performance updates.
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to continuously refine CRM strategies and campaigns for maximum impact.
- Implement A/B testing and performance tracking to optimize customer interactions, lifecycle journeys, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 7+ years of CRM experience in fintech, trading, financial services, or luxury industries.
- Fluent in English with strong Arabic communication skills
- Proven experience in building a CRM function from scratch
- Hands-on expertise with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and customer data analytics.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, journey mapping, and personalization strategies.
- Experience managing referral and loyalty programs with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent copywriting skills – ability to craft creative, engaging, and persuasive content.
- An eye for detail with a passion for optimizing the customer experience.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills across departments.
- Growth mindset with the ability to execute and continuously improve CRM performance.
