Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Payment Solutions team to ensure efficient operations and strategic execution. 
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Finance, Compliance, Risk, Back- Office, and Customer Service, to enhance payment processes and resolve operational challenges. 
• Support the evaluation and onboarding of new Payment Service Providers (PSPs), ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements. 
• Facilitate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) discussions and oversee the due diligence process for new PSPs. 
• Coordinate contract negotiations between PSPs and internal legal/compliance teams. 
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful release of new payment solutions. 
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and PSPs, ensuring strong partnerships and ongoing operational efficiency. 
• Generate and deliver business reviews with PSPs, focusing on performance metrics, operational effectiveness, and strategic alignment. 
• Support internal teams by managing escalations and resolving issues with PSPs. 
• Oversee user management in PSP platforms, ensuring appropriate access controls and operational integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. 
• Proven experience working in a Fintech or financial services company 
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment with three years year’s experience. 
• Strong background in payment solutions and payment operations, including PSP management. 
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders. 
• Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel for reporting and insights. 
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team. 
• Hands-on experience with payment platforms and reporting tools. 
• Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
