Payment Solution Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Payment Solutions team to ensure efficient operations and strategic execution.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Finance, Compliance, Risk, Back- Office, and Customer Service, to enhance payment processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Support the evaluation and onboarding of new Payment Service Providers (PSPs), ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) discussions and oversee the due diligence process for new PSPs.
- Coordinate contract negotiations between PSPs and internal legal/compliance teams.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful release of new payment solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and PSPs, ensuring strong partnerships and ongoing operational efficiency.
- Generate and deliver business reviews with PSPs, focusing on performance metrics, operational effectiveness, and strategic alignment.
- Support internal teams by managing escalations and resolving issues with PSPs.
- Oversee user management in PSP platforms, ensuring appropriate access controls and operational integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience working in a Fintech or financial services company
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment with three years year’s experience.
- Strong background in payment solutions and payment operations, including PSP management.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel for reporting and insights.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Hands-on experience with payment platforms and reporting tools.
- Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
