Data Engineer - R&D Team

We are looking for a Data Engineer to design and develop scalable ETL pipelines for machine learning (ML) models and create an automatisation for the RnD projects we run for marketing. You will be responsible for monitoring ML models, automating and integrating experiments, and supporting our feature store.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for machine learning models
- Set up and manage monitoring systems for ML models
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines for anomaly detection tools
- Automate experiments and integrations for RnD projects
- Support and enhance the feature store for ML models
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation
- Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
- Strong SQL skills (Redshift/PostgreSQL) for data transformation and storage
- Experience in writing integrations
- English proficiency at an intermediate level or above
Nice to have:
- Understanding of attribution models and marketing data
- Experience with PySpark, AWS SageMaker, MLflow, Evidently
- Familiarity with ML model lifecycle and best practices
- Google Cloud Platform experience
