We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Limassol, Cyprus. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while working closely with a dynamic team of finance professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to support decision-making processes.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial performance.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing historical data and current trends.

- Variance Analysis: Assist in identifying and explaining variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts.

- Market Research: Support the team with ad-hoc research on market trends, competitor performance, and industry benchmarks.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather inputs and ensure alignment on financial metrics.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting,

Economics, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other financial tools is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior internship or coursework in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- Basic understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Familiarity with financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI,

Tableau).
