Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media content (images, videos, infographics, reels, and text) tailored for platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Write high-quality, finance-focused copy for posts, ensuring brand tone and compliance with fintech regulations. Create video scripts, short-form videos, and motion graphics to improve audience engagement. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to maintain visual and messaging consistency. 
• Social Media Management & Growth: Manage the company’s day-to-day social media activity, including scheduling, posting, and responding to comments/messages. Grow and engage audiences by leveraging fintech trends, interactive content, and community-building techniques. Monitor fintech market trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to enhance engagement. Experiment with new social media formats (Twitter Spaces, Instagram Live, Threads, etc.) to maximize reach. 
• Community Engagement & Brand Building: Foster relationships with our trading, investment, and fintech communities through engaging discussions, collaborations, and social listening. Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and messages to enhance brand trust and loyalty. Work with influencers, partners, and ambassadors to drive awareness and credibility. 
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track and analyze social media KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, and brand sentiment). Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Utilize social media tools to optimize posting schedules and content effectiveness

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing (preferably in fintech, finance, or trading). 
• Strong skills in content writing, storytelling, and visual communication.
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts and platforms. 
• Ability to create and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). 
• Solid understanding of fintech, trading, and investment trends. 
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing software. 
• Fluent English; proficiency in Italian or German is a strong advantage. 
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, or social media analytics tools. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated fintech environment.
