Sales Operations Officer

Responsibilities:
- Event Support & Coordination: Assist the sales team with bookings, logistics, and arrangements for sales events, client meetings, and industry conferences. Ensure all materials and resources are prepared for scheduled events and engagements. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to facilitate seamless event execution.
- Client Targeting & Hotlist Preparation: Identify high-potential client segments and provide hotlists (e.g., crypto dormant clients, high-value leads, and inactive users) to sales team for follow-ups. Analyze sales data and trends to prioritize client outreach efforts. Collaborate with data teams to generate client insights and reports to enhance sales strategies.
- Client Communication & Administrative Support: Assist the sales team in drafting and sending client communications via emails, push notifications, and follow-up messages. Coordinate outreach campaigns to ensure effective engagement with targeted client groups. Maintain records of client interactions, ensuring proper follow-up and tracking.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales operations, client management, or administrative support in a financial services, fintech, or technology environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional client interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
