Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Campaign Coordination: Support and coordinate the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, assets, and approvals across teams and vendors.
- CRM & Client Communication: Manage and optimize client communication through CRM platforms, segment audiences for targeted campaigns, and align messaging with sales and customer success teams.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing fintech events such as client events, webinars and trading fairs, handling logistics and post-event follow-ups.
- Acquisition Channel Optimization: Track and analyze digital acquisition channels to identify trends, improve ROI, and support lead growth through data-driven optimizations.
- Sales Operations & Support: Work with sales and data teams to identify high-value client segments, prepare hotlists, and deliver insights to support lead prioritization and outreach.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track marketing performance, build reports and dashboards, and assist with campaign optimization, budget tracking, and admin support.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales operations, client management, or administrative support in a financial services, fintech, or technology environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional client interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
