We are looking for a Retention Account Manager who will be covering Kazakhstan region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Actively monitor client portfolios and trading activity, providing insights and recommendations to enhance performance.
- Stay up to date with market trends, economic developments, and industry regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrated success in retention, account management, or sales within the CFD, or financial services industry.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of CFD trading, leverage, risk management, and market trends. Also, candidate should have an experience in CFD trading.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with Russian or Kazakh as native languages.
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to engage clients, overcome objections, and drive trading activity.
- Performance-Driven: Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with a strong focus on achieving KPIs.
