Responsibilities:
- Converting clients into active traders by guiding them through the onboarding process, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Maximising client engagement, optimizing conversion rates, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Leading Conversion: Engaging with clients, understand their trading needs, and convert them into active traders.
- Client Onboarding: Assisting clients through the registration and verification process, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.
- Consultative Sales: Educating clients on trading products, platforms, and market opportunities while tailoring solutions based on their experience and interests.
- Target Achievement: Meeting and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to conversion rates and client activation.
- Market Knowledge: Staying updated on financial markets, company offerings, and industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the financial sector.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with Russian or Kazakh as native speaker
- Sales Expertise: Strong ability to identify client needs, overcome objections, and successfully close deals.
- Resilience & Drive: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Work Arrangement: On-site position (work from office).
