Responsibilities

• Design, document, and deploy security architectures for tools and technologies in line with industry standards and best practices 
• Develop and implement strategies for data classification and data protection 
• System Hardening: Secure *nix/Windows platforms through best practices in system hardening
• Manage and enhance Secret Management systems and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to ensure secure access and data encryption 
• Proactively automate security processes within area of responsibility and integrate them into existing systems to improve efficiency and minimize risks 
• Support compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to standards such as ISO 27001 and DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)
• Provide expertise and coordinate data protection activities across teams to ensure compliance and efficiency 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain security measures 
• Perform research and lead proof-of-concept initiatives to identify and evaluate potential security technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Security Engineer focusing on data protection, network and IT security
• Hands-on experience implementing ISO 27001 and familiarity with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) standards
• Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)

Technical Knowledge:

• Expertise in Data Classification and Data Protection
  Proficient Network Security, and Linux System Security
• Experience with Secret Management systems and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management from a security perspective
• Experience in Cybersecurity/IT Risk Management
• Familiarity with proactive automation for security systems
• Experience in scripting for process automation (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)

• Knowledge in Cloud security 
• Master’s degree in Information Security or related field
• Network administration and/or Cybersecurity certifications
