Responsibilities

• Lead the QT&Tools java developers team. 
• Supporting production environments. 
• Ensuring SDLC standards are followed. 
• Engaging with stakeholders for planning. 
• Overlooking development work for improvements, bugfixes and new features. 
• Capturing and implementing Lessons-Learned. 

Requirements

• At least 2 years on a similar position (leading a dev team)
• Experience working with the following technologies: Java17, spring/spring-boot, postgresql, clickhouse. AWS, Docker, K8S KPIs: Service Availability, Team throughput, Change driven incidents,
• Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
