We’re interested in meeting Product managers at Mid, Senior and Head of levels to own our diversified product suite covering, App, Web platform, Website, Payments, Onboarding, Core trading infrastructure, MarTech, Referrals and Loyalty, CRM, internal tooling and more.

In these roles, you will be expected to drive the strategy and execution of initiatives from zero to 1. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our products and services that help us to deliver a world class client experience, build trust, engagement, and long-term relationships with our clients.

All our roles are hands-on role. You'll be expected to identify opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and own the full lifecycle of your product area from ideation to delivery, on-going monitoring and future optimisation. You will work with stakeholders including commercial teams, UX design, analytics, and engineering to bring impactful ideas to market.

Responsibilities

• Owning the strategy and product roadmap for driving meaningful engagement, optimisation and automation.
• Running workshops to identify, capture and translate business and client needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams business and client needs within your area.
• Managing and prioritising the product backlog to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
• Leading end-to-end product development, from ideation to release, working closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams.
• Analysing data to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, iterating to maximise engagement and value.
• Leading discovery sessions to generate ideas, validate concepts, and align product direction with company objectives.
• Working hands-on with agile teams, driving sprints, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to scope.

Requirements

• Hands-on, self-starter attitude with the ability to take ownership and lead initiatives independently.
  
• 3-10 years of proven product management experience, ideally in the FinTech
  
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  
• Strong delivery skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and support projects through to completion.
  
• Strategic mindset, capable of developing a product vision that places client outcomes at the centre of decision-making.
  
• Data-driven approach to prioritisation, product feedback, and ideation.
  
• Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders and convey product vision effectively.
  
• Strong knowledge of JIRA and agile methodologies.
• Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).

• Background in working within highly regulated environments, ensuring compliance while delivering innovative solutions.
