We are seeking a talented Motion Designer to join our creative team, focusing on crafting dynamic and engaging animations for digital channels such as mobile app stores, social media, and ad networks.

Responsibilities

• Create animations and motion graphics for various digital channels, including mobile app stores, ad networks and social media platforms
• Develop video ads that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, analytics) to brainstorm and implement innovative ideas for ad content
• Use data insights to continuously refine and optimize creatives to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion design, especially for mobile advertising

Requirements

• Proven experience in motion design, with a portfolio showcasing video ads and animations
• Professional proficiency in Adobe After Effects
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere.Basic proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, especially for mobile platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with attention to detail
• A proactive mindset, with a creative and data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)

Preferred experience:

• Experience working with mobile applications.Proficiency in 3D software
• Familiarity with AI-powered graphic tools
• Familiarity with ad platforms like Apple Search Ads, AppLovin and Twitter Ads
• Experience with scripting/automation for motion graphics and video editing workflows, focusing on asset localization
• Basic programming skills for asset creation automation tools (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
