- Collaboration & Communication: Serve as a point of coordination between QA resources, engineering managers, and team leads, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous quality improvements.
- Team Management & Mentoring: Oversee a distributed team of QA professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities. Facilitate alignment and cohesion across geographically dispersed teams
Requirements:
- Experience in FinTech: Prior experience in the FinTech domain is essential, with a strong understanding of the unique quality and compliance needs within this sector.

- API Testing & CI/CD: Proficiency in API testing (REST, WS) and experience with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration of automated testing into our development lifecycle.
- Technical and Analytical Skills: Skilled in code analysis, debugging, and quality metrics development, with a focus on identifying improvement areas and driving data-informed decisions.
- Agile Methodologies: Comfortable working in Agile environments, with experience adapting QA strategies to iterative release cycles
- Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
Soft skills:
